The NAR Settlement has presented big new challenges to the real estate industry and we're being asked to reinvent the way we do business. This course will teach brokers how to authentically abide by The Settlement, what forms to use, when and how to use the new rules as a marketing opportunity. We'll examine different ways to discuss compensation and how to avoid inadvertently violating The Settlement. Code and real estate law when talking with fellow Brokers, buyers and sellers. Brokers will also develop their own "Value Propostion" to engage clients in meaningful ways to move foward with confidence in this new, more competitive, business environment. Change is uncomfortable, but with it comes new opportunities. This course will help you learn how to use these changes to your advantage.
