The 2026 Core Course will cover common scams in the real estate industry, including stories of wire fraud, rental scams, land scams and mortgage/title scams. The course will feature two claim studies from RISC E&O Insurance Company, as well as one case study from New Mexico. Other topics that will be covered include water rights, solar lease/loan/power purchase agreements, and types of insurance brokers should consider purchasing in addition to their E& O.
