We'll examine different ways to discuss compensation and how to avoid inadvertently violating The Settlement, the Code and real estate law when talking with fellow Brokers, buyers and sellers. Brokers will also develop their own "Value Propostion" to engage clients in meaningful ways to move forward with confidence in this new, more competitive, business environment. Change is uncomfortable, but with it comes new opportunities. This course will help you learn how to use these changes to your advantage.
